On top of these new resolutions, stop indulging in refined sugars, as the liver converts these harmful substances into triglycerides that make the liver fatty.  Also, try to avoid dairy and gluten products as they can be taxing and decrease our auto immune efficiency.

Here’s a good drink that will detoxify the liver:

•    three glasses of cabbage juice
•    4 ounces of apple juice
•    3 ounces of juice from dark green vegetables such as spinach or kale
•    1 ounce of aloe vera

Separately juice the cabbage, apples, and green vegetables and then combine the juices with B. aloe vera.

Finally, drink immediately.
