<p><strong>Do you want a better future that is brighter?<br />

Once you&#8217;re able to answer these questions, the reasons for making the decision to change will become crystal clear. Once they do, be sure to write them down on piece of paper so they become real, and read what you&#8217;ve written first thing when you wake, and once again at night before you go to bed. Do this every day throughout the 12 week program and these reasons will remain your beacon, your guiding light, during your new journey that you have now decided to begin on your journey of your <a href="http://cleansewithjay.com/">liquid diet weight loss plan</a>.</p>
