Liquid Diet Weight Loss is Not the Answer– It Starts With You

The next step in the process for your liquid diet weight loss plan to work once you’ve established the reason you’re making the decision to change is this:

Identify what are the five most important liquid diet weight loss goals you want to accomplish within the next 12 weeks for you to be happy with the progress of your body as well as the course of your life?

I want you to take a few minutes, if not several days to think this question through before you read any further. Free Diet plans still require you to put in some work so take your time and really be specific when writing this question down on paper.

If you discovered that identifying these five specific weight-loss goals that you want to accomplish in the next 12 weeks easy to find, than is by all means a good sign that you are certain. It means that you’re looking forward to your future manifestations and accomplishments.

However, if you found it cumbersome to find the five things you want to accomplish within the next 12 weeks, yet you found maybe two or three things that you are certain of, then you get to C grade which means you definitely have room for improvement.

Finally, if you found this task almost impossible to find five specific things you want to accomplish within the next 12 weeks, or if you felt that this question completely threw you off guard, don’t fret you are not alone.

In fact, the majority of people that I asked this question to have a very hard time answering what you would think would be such a simplistic question. The reason is because many people just don’t focus on these details. But, if you want to change, you must become aware that you are prepared to move forward — therefore we need to make sure that we’re looking forward by doing an inventory of our thinking.

In other words, we need to make sure that we are looking toward our future expectations of what we want our life and our body to become.

There are three types of visions that every human possesses — past, present, and future visions. From this moment on, your life will manifest whatever you’re dominating thoughts, decisions, and actions are.

For example, a person who thinks only in the past and whose thoughts only think about historical happenings that have already happened in their lives, unintentionally or intentionally creates a future where everything that is good and amazing has already occurred.

This type of individual spends a majority of their time reminiscing about the good old days — they spend their time talking about the amazing high school parties, how magical prom night was, a last-second basketball shot they made to win the game, and how they used to be in such great shape. The main word “used to be” is a common word in these individuals vocabulary. These people live their lives as if their lives are actually over. They are comfortable living their lives in the past because it’s easier to figure out where you’ve been instead of trying to figure out where you’re going. These types of individuals are very rigid in their thinking and it’s very difficult for them to accept new ideas and being aware enough to spot new opportunities. Another common trait of these individuals is they have trouble sticking with anything that is challenging to them. That’s why this type of individual you could get the best free diet plans known to man and they would still never see their future body.

What makes these individuals a threat to others is that because they only look into the past, they have a hard time dealing with people who are trying to grow due to the fact that it threatens the structure of their own lives. These people fear change. It doesn’t matter if it’s their husband, or wife, or friends, the fact that these people are evolving around them is something they fear. Somewhere in the back of these individuals’ minds, they probably fear that if their friends and family change, they will somehow be left behind. And they’re probably right.

By looking at the pages on this blog as you are right now, you as well as myself are sharing a learning experience — this experience is about how you and I can create a better future — this in turn makes it highly unlikely that you are an individual whose thoughts are consumed by things of the past. If you’re one of those types of people who dwell on the past, you’d probably be watching the next season of American Idol right now instead of trying to make yourself a better person.

The most common individual that I’ve come across however is a person who spends far too much time dwelling on the present. These individuals have all the potential in the world, all they need is a little guidance to assist them in understanding how to look forward instead of focusing so much on the moment.

The types of individuals whose daily lives consist of actions governed by the future are the ones that are continually evolving. These individuals are constantly looking for new challenges and always creating and making adjustments to their vision of where they want to be in the future. They use the experiences of the past and convert this into wisdom that in turn helps them develop skills that will assist them in getting them where they want to go. The constant word in these individual’s lives is always “where they’re going.”

When you get in the mindset of always thinking about your future vision, it’s not hard for you to set goals, because your mind automatically compels you to do so. Every time you accomplish one of your objectives, it’s not the end of anything but simply the beginning– a starting point for the next stage of an ongoing journey of growth, development, progress, and adventure that we call life.

So again, the question for today is:

“What are your five most important, specific accomplishments you want to make with this liquid diet weight loss, where you will be pleased with the progress of not only your body but your life as well?”

  7. if you are getting regular exercise and increasing the intensity then that is not the problem. most likely you have been dieting for too long, especially if you have been following a severely caloric restricted diet the entire time. while this may work at first as weight is lost but the body also becomes more efficient and the BMR will increase. check your calories as they are probably too low. you should never consume less calories than the BMR requires as it causes the metabolic rate to slow. you should get your body fat % checked to see how much lean muscle mass you have then recalculate your BMR based on that.
