The Liquid Diet Weight Loss Plan And You Part 1

The act of knowing what to do and actually doing it live completely in two different worlds. I find great joy when people let me help them with my free diet plans. I find even greater pleasure when they succeed. However, as many people as I watched accomplishing their goals, I’m constantly reminded of the fact that they’re still millions of people who have yet to tap in to the true potential that lies inside of them.

Many of these people already know how to exercise or to consume a liquid diet weight loss. And some even knows the right nutritional plans. What’s amazing is the vast majority of these people who have yet to make a change in their health even include doctors and professors that have spent a lot of their lives learning to understand all about the human body.

The missing ingredient of most of these people is their ability to learn how to apply this knowledge. Without this important skill, it’s irrelevant how much you actually know, you’ll simply be stranded at the edge of an infinite chasm much like being confined to an abyss.

If you never learn how to climb out of this abyss, you most certainly will struggle. You will encounter setbacks, and from the setbacks they could culminate into losing hope.

However, for those who manage to free themselves and cross out of this abyss — those who not only know but have learned the process of doing — these individuals not only enjoy the tremendous changes in the way they look and feel — this awakening allows them to move forward with great speed in every aspect of their lives.

So what is the secret in climbing out of this abyss and joining those on the other side who are thriving, and not just surviving?

Before I can answer that question, you must understand that the liquid diet weight loss plans that I create are much more than just physical fitness — it’s also about life.

What I’ve learned is that any lecture on how to correctly get in shape and most importantly stay in shape is in actuality, simply a discussion of how you lived your life up to this point and how you live it in the future.

So, to teach you to fulfill your goals on making a dramatic change in your body and your life, which each one of us has the potential to make, it’s imperative that I ask you some very personal questions. That means that you are going to have to look deep inside yourself — for some very honest answers. This in itself is a challenge — but vital to your overall success.

To make a dramatic transformation to your body as well as yourself, one must start with an honest reflection of oneself. Simply buying some exercise machine for home, or stocking up on the latest free diet pill, or even the latest liquid diet weight loss supplements will not work.

Real changes always originate from inside us. So, with that in mind let’s tackle the first question I present to you.

Have you personally made the decision to change your diet plans?

When I asked that question to many people, they instantly tell me yes they have. But, how many truly decide to make this change? The answer is very few. Why is this? The answer is because there is a huge difference in deciding something and having reasons to actually do it.

The key in making a decision and sticking with it lies in the reasons that you give yourself. If your reasons are strong and motivating, this will give you the desire as well as being able to harness the force of making something happen. So, the next question I asked you is the following:

What are your reasons for making this decision to change?

You must understand that it is one thing to say that you decided to lose 40 pounds of fat and get into shape off some free diet plans. However, it’s a whole other reality of motivation when the doctor tells you that failure to lose 40 pounds within a year will result in your death and never seeing your children grow.

I’m sure that deep down you have a number of reasons for deciding on this change, I might not know exactly what they are, but I’m certain they are there.

When you look at yourself in the mirror, do you honestly like what you see?

This is a very important question. Since we’re used to seeing ourselves every day, it’s hard to notice whether or not our health is slipping. Sometimes our minds can play tricks on us by giving us a false sense of how far our bodies have fallen. If we’re not careful, before long, the image we have of ourselves in our minds will not be the same as what it really is in reality.

A suggestion I have is to have someone take a photo of you standing relaxed with your hands down wearing shorts or a swimsuit and getting the photo developed and actually looking at yourself.

Here are a few more questions to consider:

How do you feel deep down inside?

How do you really feel about yourself?

Do you feel confident, full of energy, and strength?

Are you certain that the path that you are leading is the correct one?

What are the benefits and negatives of the path that you are currently on?

Do you want a better future that is brighter?

Once you’re able to answer these questions, the reasons for making the decision to change will become crystal clear. Once they do, be sure to write them down on piece of paper so they become real, and read what you’ve written first thing when you wake, and once again at night before you go to bed. Do this every day throughout the 12 week program and these reasons will remain your beacon, your guiding light, during your new journey that you have now decided to begin on your journey of your liquid diet weight loss plan.
